I've bought this lovely piece of IBM history intending to keep it as my backup machine, but found that it rarely got turned on, and that my eyes can't tolerate any non-IPS LCDs anymore. It's an absolute sin for a ThinkPad this rare and beautiful to collect dust, so my loss is your gain...a really good home is needed for this one...

known imperfections:

- some wear and tear on the lid, way under average for a machine of this generation
- a couple of pressure marks on an otherwise pristine LCD, visible mostly on light backgrounds

Overall, the machine is a solid 9 on a 1-10 scale with 10 being the best. Keyboard and palmrest look brand new. An extremely presentable example of a rare version of this classic ThinkPad.
