Hi, I'm looking for a machine for my dad, who apparently is about to loose his job (and thus his company-issued notebook). He wants to try a TP, based on the series of them I've had over the years.

Anyway, I want to get him a 15" Flexview machine, as stated in the subject. Other requirements:

-it must be in perfect working order (sorry, can't deal with missing parts)

-Must have software installed (fresh recovery OK)

-Must be in generally VG condition, no damage please

-Must have fair price

That's about it- we're flexible on the specifics (other than the display- MUST be 15" 1600x1200)

I was about to list these two on ebay.

1: T42p 2373-H16, it's still under warranty until tomorrow!
specs:
2Ghz/2gb ram/250GB WD Drive/DVD-RW/Bluetooth/ fingerprint reader, 9 cell extended and a 3 cell ultrabay slim battery.
I'm asking $500 firm.

I also have a T60p 2007-AD1:
2Ghz T7200 CPU/3GB Ram/320GB WD Drive/DVDRW/Bluetooth but no fingerprint reader. This one has a very nice clean and crisp BOE IPS screen.
The machine is in great condition easy a 8 or 9 out of 10 condition. I'm asking $1000.00 OBO.

The t60p was to be my replacement for the T42p but I ended up getting a smokin deal on a new old stock t60p WUXGA so I don't need either one of them any more.

If you would consider an R50p (same UXGA screen as T42p, 1.7 gHz processor), send me a note. The R50p is similar but cheaper.
