FS/FT: Thinkpad T40 for parts, trade for IDE Laptop HD's

Screen is cracked and the system does not boot reliably although I have been able to get it up and running multiple times.
Was given to me by a friend and told to see what I could get for it.
Very basic specs:
1.3 ghz P-m
128mb ram
No HD but the caddy and screws are included
Extended battery included, charge discussed below
No optical drive
Original AC adapter is included
Wireless card has been removed from laptop but is included: Cisco Aironet MP1350
I was able to run a linux live CD and the battery seems to hold a charge, dropped from 99-94% after ~10 minutes of use with live cd spinning constantly and driving an external monitor.
Outer parts are in good condition with minor corner rubs on outer LCD bezel, light shine on palmrest area, and decent shine on the keyboard (no keys missing and fully functional), only issue I have found is a missing battery latch slider. No cracks or major defects in cosmetics beyond the broken LCD and battery latch issue.
XP Professional COA intact on bottom of unit.
$70 shipping included anywhere in the CON US.
I haven't done alot of trading recently, but have heatware references under my username.
Also willing to trade for 2 good IDE drives, 20+ gigs
