Looking for AC adapter for IBM PowerPC 860

#1 Post by Chris001 » Thu Nov 06, 2008 8:33 am

Anyone have an AC adapter (FRU 85g0167) for a IBM Power PC 860?

Would an adapter from the 700 series work with the 860?

Thanks,
Chris

This guy on eBay has 2:
http://cgi.ebay.com/IBM-LENOVO-A-C-ADAP ... 0307026358

They look to me like the ordinary 16V/72W adapters that are used by T2x,T30,T4x,R3x,R4x,R5x

I wish!

The AC adapter for the 860 has a different plug. See ebay auction 350111624477

My ebay link (see above) with YOUR P/N shows the barrel-connector.
So that seller has it wrong, or is your P/N wrong?

I double checked and the seller has the wrong part number.
