lcd has no scratches
battery is good

** aluminum cases' latch is broken, doesn't stay closed by itself. I never had a problem with it.

Is a pretty rare deal, though I snagged one on eBay last spring for a friend at near that price. Great unit, really delivers the goods for a Palm user.

If I wasn't in "gottadoitallsmartphonebutnotbefromappleandworkonverizon" mode

I'd be all over it.
