I'm doing a bit of "restorative" work on a friend's T20...it seems as if a poor Windows install is the sole reason why it's not working properly. However it only has 128MB RAM and my friend has installed XP Professional, which is far from satisfactory.

So I need a set of Windows 2000 recovery CDs to match the COA on the machine, but would prefer copies, since at the moment my friend's financial situation doesn't really allow for genuine CDs such as those sold by tpcollector. Will pay a reasonable price for shipping and the media.

Why do you need copies of recovery CDs instead of just doing a fresh install of Windows 2000 (that you download from Internet) and then installing drivers and utilities (that you can download from lenovo site)? Time to install drivers and utilities will be less than waiting for these discs burned and sent by mail.

Never mind...I found a source close to home so don't need CDs anymore.
