The recovery partition is intact and this machine is ready to go with Windows Vista Business. It has an Ultrabrite Glossy LCD that is brand new. The NMB keyboard is brand new as well. It is under Lenovo EasyServ Warranty until October 2010, that is almost 2 years of factory warranty remaining. There are no scratches or marks on the machine, no dead pixels. There is some sticker residue on the LCD cover, which may be removed prior to shipment if I can find some goo-gone.

Somewhat surprising that this hasn't been picked up yet.

I'll just add that this model fully supports the fingerprint reader option. All you have to do is swap out the palmrest with the model that has a fingerprint reader. The BIOS will enable it and the software can be downloaded from Lenovo.

This is a beautiful, light, fast T61 in an entry level price range - with almost 2 years of warranty left!

Ed, agree with everything you'd said. This is a really nice machine for someone. If I had the money it would have been gone days ago. The amazing part to me is that we haven't gotten a single offer.

I have a T60 (6371) that I use in my workshop in the garage. I'd love to get rid of it to get this! The glossy screen makes it more valuable.
