I have for sale a Thinkpad Z61t 9440-A23. It is a newer version that does not have the IBM logo anywhere on it. I will only have this available to sell for a limited time, because the person that sold it to me has agreed to let me return it for a refund since I wasn't expecting it to have a scratch on the LCD. I'll probably need to have a decision by Wednesday. However, I think I got a pretty good deal on it and figured someone else might not have a problem with a tiny scratch on the LCD at all and would like it at this price.
  • Core 2 Duo T5500 (1.66GHz)
  • 2GB RAM
  • 120GB 5400rpm HD
  • 14.1in 1440x900 LCD
  • Intel 950
  • CDRW/DVDRW
  • Intel 802.11abg wireless
  • Modem
  • 1Gb Ethernet
  • 4c Li-Ion
  • WinVista Home Premium 32 (now upgraded to SP1)
This laptop has cosmetic issues. It seems like a brand new laptop that was never used, but sustained some damage somewhere during the supply process - as though someone may have dropped something on it when new. It has NO usage-related wear anywhere, it is very tight, no squeaks and rattles, no shine on the keyboard, but there is a scratch on the END and ENTER keys, scratches on the bottom right LCD bezel, scratches and small dent on the right speaker/grille area, small scratch on the lid, and one small approx. 1/2" long scratch on the LCD about 2" from the right side and near center vertically. It is very subtle and razor-thin, barely visible when on. The LCD is overall flawless aside from the scratch. Nice, bright, no dead or stuck pixels nor any other screen defects.

Here is a pic of the scratch unlit:

Unfortunately, there is NO WARRANTY.
NO CHARGER INCLUDED, but you can get those around $13 shipped.
The battery is in fantastic shape, it seems like it was brand new when I got it. First use date is 11/2008 and last time I checked it only had 4 charge cycles on it, and they weren't full discharge/charge cycles either. I think it counts every time I plugged in the AC adapter to do a BIOS update or update to Vista SP1. It should have less than 10 by the time you receive it.

I need to get $426 out of this laptop which is what I paid. I won't be making a penny on it. If I don't get any interest in it by Wednesday, it goes back to the seller.
