While these mobo's are certainly offered at very attractive prices - and surely ought to sell fast! - I nevertheless believe it could be a help to some potential buyers if you listed the key specifications for each mobo, in stead of only listing the FRU... e.g. something like this:

93P3307 System board assembly for ATI M7-32, Gigabit Ethernet with security chip for T41 series

... with reference to System service parts - ThinkPad T40, T40p, T41, T41p, T42, T42p. Some of the moob's offered are listed there, while others are not (those not listed may be newer RoHS-compatible boards?).

Are you sure about that? I've never owned any R4X machines, but they seem to be very different than the T4X series. Perhaps you meant R50?

Right, the R5x boards are compatible, but not the R40 ones.

This is exactly what I need to fix my sister's T41 SXGA model, but I am too much of a wuss to try to replace the motherboard. Is it hard?

Are these compatible with an SXGA 14.1" LCD that was coupled with a motherboard with the ATI 9000 videchip?

Do you guys have a new (or reflowed) T43 15" mobo ? I am looking for 42t0073 or equivalent, that is, 128MB ATI FireGL board. My second preference will be the 64MB ATI Radeon X300 equivalent (e.g 39T0464 or equivalent).
