I have an extra Sharp LCD here, LQ141U1LH02. Used for the UXGA conversion on a T4* series.
Screen is in good shape, there is a very small mark in the center, very faint. Backlight is bright, but dimmer than new.
Asking $60 US plus shipping. Thanks.

Can this be used in 14.1" T61? And how hard is it to do the modding?
Cheers,

I own a T40P with an SXGA screen. Will this be a drop-in replacement, or will other parts be needed?

Ah, not sure. You might need another cable. There is a thread in the T4x forum on the conversion by pianowizard.

Unfortunately the T40x BIOS does not support UXGA resolution. See this
thread for more details.
