I think I have a t9300 I would be willing to part with since it doesn't work in my T60. Pulled it out of a sun toasty T61 (search the forum) and it is untested. Everything else from the laptop (ram, wireless, screen) worked so odds are the proc would too. Just have no way to test. Let me know if interested and what you think a fair price would be.

The T9300 is an SLAQG Penryn, not a Merom. I believe it is not compatible with the Merom socket.

I have a T7200 cpu. I don't have the cpu's SL number with me as I am travelling in US until late Saturday. Bought new and used for few months with my T60. When I sold my T60 to a budget minded friend I took it out to reduce the price. Works perfectly for me.
