I am selling the IBM X40 I just bought a few months ago for school, because I've graduated and will probably take some time off before law school - and don't need it for this stretch.

It's in perfect condition - pampered like a baby since purchase. Warranty is good till Sept or Oct., 2007. This was brand new when I bought it, and I've made one minor adjustment to it (RAM upgrade), and purchased another battery for it. I haven't used it that much, so both batteries are in amazing condition charge-wise.

2 batteries: 4 cell and 8 cell Li-Ion batteries - so you can go slim/light and get the 2.5-3 hours or 8 cell which is slightly heavier and get the 5-6 hours (depending on what you do)

System also comes with recovery CD set, which I understand is a hassle to get under normal circumstances - for some reason they sent it to me free when I asked upon receiving comp.
Obviously, it comes with the travel-sized charger that it came with originally.
