I have this memory module in excess of my need. It is in working condition. I tested it with memtest86+ before pulling it out.

From support page, it should be compatible with the following models:

G40, G41,
R32, R40, R40e, R50, R50e, R50p, R51,
T30, T40, T40p, T41, T41p, T42, T42p,
X31, X32, X40

Back sticker: MT16VDDF12864HG-335F2
Country of origin: Singapore
Manufacturing week: 200804

In case that you want to match this module with what you have, the chips are from Micron Technology. (Recently, I see the same modules from Crucial with Samsung chips.)
