I have another very nice ThinkPad T23 for sale. It's not 100% flawless but it's easily a 9.5/10. Everything works and is 100% functional. The chassis is perfect, the keyboard has a little shine on the space bar but mostly looks unused and is really rigid, and the screen is flawless. I think there may be some little scuffs on the edges of the lid but that's pretty much unavoidable for a ThinkPad of this vintage. No battery or optical drive are included. I don't have any that I'd sell with this machine. If you would actually like a 24x CD-ROM, I'll put it in for an extra $10 or so.

Note: This machine, when I got it in part of a Lot, had the pulsing fan issue. The problematic inductor and a capacitor had cracked solder joints. I was able to securely solder the inductor back on, although upside down, to better grip the contacts. I soldered the capacitor piggybacking one next to it, since they are wired in parallel according to the traces. The picture makes it look sloppy but it really is very secure and neat. The unit is now 100% functional and 100% stable. I just want the buyer to know of this. The machine was reassembled carefully and every part is present and undamaged. All stickers' glue has been reflowed and the machine looks and works stock.

I'm asking $150 shipped. I'll give a shipping estimate if you're interested. I also am willing to negotiate (to a degree). I can modify the specs as well, but I'm not going to sell it barebone.
