A couple of points....

PC133S-333 usually signifies PC133 CL3 modules. With this type of module it's important to know what the "density" is. By that I mean, if these are 256MB modules, then they may have eight or sixteen individual parts on them. Some of the older systems can only use the "low density" (16 parts) version.

The TYPE numbers you list covers a great deal of systems, some of which cannot use an SDRAM PC133 module. For example, 2652 can be an A30 (SDRAM memory) or A31 (DDR memory).

Thanks for the pointers on this. These are 16 chip low density memory modules. They are also Synchronous and CL3. So, this should help out with compatibility.

I harvested the system type information from an online vendor who sold this memory module for thinkpads. So, it's likely that their list was incorrect, which I managed passed along.

I have a pair of PC100 or PC133, which I cannot id. They're samsung Korea M464S1724CT1-L1L

Then there is another label "IBM approval 38L2982 1NFAG S/N0 b1292 FRU: 20L0265

I think they're 128MB PC133. they were pull from a working T2x. If anyone interested, please PM me.
