I need a track point. I have a good KB but would like some kind folk to unscreww the ribbon fron a keyboard and sell me it. Cheers.

I can't say if the trackpoint hardware is the same on keyboards made in China or in Thailand.
They LOOK identical. But it may be a problem to re-connect the flat cable, regardless of on the little square trackpoint panel, or at the top of the keyboard.
It may be easier to just buy another KB. If you do, keep the little screws that mount the square TP-panel on the old KB, they could be re-used if you ever need LCD-screws.

I recently opened up a home hub 2.0 to find a broadcom 802 11n mini pci card that flew straight into my t30...Signal is now full where previously it was poor.

Its probably not economical to ship, but if you don't find anything else, let me know. I have a T2X keyboard somewhere in my pile.
