Selling 2 X 256MB RDRAM. Ram is in Excellent/Flawless condition.
Samsung Rambus RDRAM . 800MHz, ECC, with aluminium heatsinks, single-sided. Designed for systems using Rambus memory, such as the Intel D850 chipset. Most popular systems using this include the Dell Dimension 8250, ASUS P4T533-C,Servers, and other systems. These modules must be installed in matching pairs when installed in Pentium 4 systems.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also for sale i have 2 C-Rimm Modules. These are necessary if you have 4 ram slots and do not have 2 other rdram modules.

A C-RIMM (or Continuity-RIMM) is a pass-through device used on motherboards with Rambus DRAM modules (RDRAM). Rambus technology uses very fast clock signals to pass data between the memory and processor, so the electrical signals demand that every Rambus slot be filled. If you don't buy enough RDRAM to fill every RIMM slot, you'd use C-RIMMs in slots that do not have Rambus modules installed. C-RIMMs do not have any memory devices; they serve to maintain the continuity of Rambus channel signals. When you upgrade the motherboard with additional Rambus modules, the C-RIMMs in those locations can be removed and replaced with real RIMMs.

Cmon guys buy this rdram. Sold my pentium 4 processor today :D .

Get this rdram before it is sold. I have a friend who is interested in buying it for $100 for both modules. He says my price is too low and i should look for more.

From what he is telling me each module goes for $100 each online. I was checking around and it does go for that much from retail sellers.

Bump for anyone who did not get a chance to view this ad.

On Ebay samsung non-ecc pc800 rdram sells for $80:

Please keep in mind i am selling ECC rdram NOT Non-ECC. Non-ECC is always cheaper rdram than ECC.

I am accepting $100 for both rdram modules. Keep in mind i also have 2 c-rimm modules for sale.
