F/S: Dell Latitude D600 (to pay for my new Thinkpad T42)

Dell Latitude D600 laptop
Pentium-M 1.6ghz
768mb RAM
40gb 5400rpm Hitachi Travelstar hard drive
64mb Radeon 9000
14" LCD with 1400x1050 screen resolution
8x internal DVD Burner (Dell OEM)
Dell 1300 802.11b/g
2 USB 2.0 Ports, Gigabit LAN, and 56k modem
1.5 years left on Dell warranty (transferrable)
3 batteries
Docking station
2 AC adapters (one for the laptop, one for the docking station)
Windows XP Home Edition, WinDVD, and all original Dell CDs included.
The laptop is in excellent shape, both cosmetically and operationally. I added the DVD burner and it works flawlessly. I have yet to have a bad burn from it.
Asking $1150 (firm) + actual shipping.
If someone wants to offer me a fair price for the accessories I might be persuaded to part it out. I'd need the following prices:
$50 a battery
$180 for the DVD burner
$65 for the docking station
$35 for the AC adapter (high-output model)
$35 for the 256mb of DDR2100 RAM
Prices for the components include shipping.
With just the 256mb of RAM and none of the extra accessories (just the laptop, a standard DVD-ROM drive, and one battery) I can sell the laptop for $900 + actual shipping.
