I have a non-working HP Pavilion DV4000 laptop for parts/repair. It won't power on. Comes with battery, DVDRW drive, keyboard, all covers, wifi card, and modem. The machine is intact except for hard drive and memory, which are missing. Cosmetically I'd rate it at an 8.5 out of 10. Some light scratches on the outside lid. The LCD looks like it is in nice shape. $40 plus actual shipping to the US. If you are good with HP repairs, you might have a very nice multimedia laptop on the cheap here.

Bump - Price drop then off to EBay in a couple of days - now $40 plus shipping.

The IPW 802.11b/g wifi card and DVDRW alone are worth more than $40....this also has a working LCD with no obvious defects. Shipping wil be $16 flat rate to anywhere in the US.
