ThinkPad 240 & 240X from my Collection

I really liked the ThinkPad 240 and 240X so collected a few and played around with them. I have moved on and would like to sell or trade so that I can get something towards another T60p. Here are two that I would like to sell first:
240X 2609-61U upgraded to max memory, 40GB hard drive, XP Pro Installed and COA, extended battery. Palm rest bezel and keyboard are in almost new condition. Comes with AC Adapter. Has a Z as the 3rd letter in the SN. $160 OBO
240 2609-41U Upgraded to max memory, 30GB hard drive, W2000 installed and COA, extended battery, Keyboard has light use, not as nice as the 240X but pretty. Regular screen. $120 OBO
For both, I don't have any external drives to offer, neither the floppy or any of the CD-ROM variants. I used a PCMCIA card for wireless. I can include these if you are interested.
I am not sure what these are worth these days, so please make me an offer on either or both. I can provide pictures.
