OK, no problem at all!. I am used to work on electronics (just check my WEBRealBlackStuff wrote:eBay has them all the time.
If that is not an option, they are CR2032 batteries which you can get at most pharmacies/drugstores/photo shops.
You'd need no figure a way so connect the red & white wires from the motherboard to the battery.
Soldering is not possible on the stainless stell battery, but a 'flared out' piece of wire with electrical tape should do it.
You could try and remove the old flanges off the dead battery and use those.
Make sure you connect the red wire to the + and the white wire to the -.
