FS: Misc. Thinkpad 600 parts - base, display, RAM, more

I'm selling off my Thinkpad 600s and related parts and have the following items available for sale. Prices do NOT include shipping, but I'm reasonable, and willing to negotiate some, as I really would like for all of this stuff to go away.

2645-51U base. Was a good working unit which suffered a keyboard failure (see below). CPU is included; no extra memory, battery, CD-ROM, etc. $10

Thinkpad 600 display/lid. Good display -- I don't remember that it had any problems with backlight or dead/stuck pixels. It has a very scratched-up lid, though. $20

Both of the above for $25.

1 pc. 01K1150 128MB PC66 SODIMM. Working. $5

24x CD-ROM, FRU 05K9124. $5

24x CD-ROM, FRU 27L3711. Loose faceplate. $3

Battery, FRU 10L2158. Bad, great for refill. $5

Three 600-type keyboards. All three keyboards have suffered connector failure -- the connectors on the end of the ribbon cables have had their solder joints fail. They could *probably* be reflowed and repaired, but I don't have the equipment or the desire. All three come with palmrests in various states of condition. All keytops are present and all keyboards *should* work when connectors are repaired. Make offer.
