WTB: RAM and (maybe) processor for T42 upgrade

I'm looking for upgrading my T42 (2373-F2G) to 2Gb, so, 2 sticks of 1GB PC2700 SODIMM CL2.5, most compatible brands, not overclocked.

I'm also (not so sure) looking for upgrading my 1.7GHz processor to a 2.0 (SL7EM) or 2.1 (SL7V3) processor

I'm residing in Madrid/Spain, so, please, include in your offering the shipment charges.
