This machine had the loose GPU issue, but I sent it out for professional repair and it now works perfectly. See this link for much more info on the repair (and the quote below) --> http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=72974
The operating condition is perfect, no issues at all. The battery lasts approximately 2 hours. There are only minor cosmetic issues, 1) slight keyboard shine, 2) slight scuffs/worn corners on the cover, 3) two pencil-tip sized small dark gray spots on the LCD, one at the bottom and one on right side - see high resolution pictures below. The LCD is bright with slight scuffs from touching the keyboard when closed, not noticeable when LCD is in use. The keyboard is the preferred NMB (a.k.a. Thai) manufacturer model. We did a complete remove, reball and replacement of the existing GPU on the logic board. The entire GPU has new solder balls on it therefore the solder joints/connections from the GPU to the solder pads on the logic board are new.

Only $259 delivered in the U.S. PayPal, USPS money orders or cash accepted. (Yes, lower spec.'d, incomplete or worn machines sell for less. This machine is in very nice condition, is complete and just had the GPU reballed! Great machine, great price.)
