**SOLD**: Thinkpad R51 1830-BUU, 15" SXGA+ Flexview
Original Specs, items in bold are new or upgraded;
Original description:

32MB ATI Radeon 9000
24x24x24x/8x CD-RW/DVD
Intel 802.11b/g wireless(MPCI)
Modem(CDC)>>Now BMDC Bluetooth/Modem
1Gb Ethernet(LOM)
UltraNav
Secure Chip
IEEE 1394 Firewire
6 cell Li-Ion battery
AC Adapter
WinXP Pro (COA and recovery partition intact)
This is a super clean 15" Thinkpad R51. This machine was my personal R51 and I have been slowly upgrading it, but I got sidetracked with another project so this one has to go. In addition to upgrading the CPU, RAM, and Bluetooth, I also replaced the LCD. So, you'll be getting an upgraded R51 with an IPS Flexview LCD that is absolutely perfect. The only flaws I am aware of are some light scratches on the outer lid, and normal keyboard wear. The machine has been tested and checks out 100%. The battery will hold a charge, but no guarantees on duration. I am motivated to sell quickly, so I am only asking for what I have put into this machine as a special offer to forum members;
$250 plus actual shipping to anywhere in the US. Paypal non-CC preferred. Credit card funded Paypal is ok but add 3%. For overseas or Canadian buyers, please contact me for special payment terms. I can email pictures upon request. This machine has no warranty left, but I do guarantee non-DOA. Otherwise sold as is.
Note: For those of you unfamiliar with R51's, they are functionally equivalent to T42's.

Re: FS: Thinkpad R51 1830-BUU, 15" UXGA Flexview
Harry; please clarify: Is this LCD the original 1400x1050 (SXGA+) or was it actually upgraded to UXGA (1600x1200)?
In any case.. another FlexView-wonder... what more need I say? Fantastic price!! Good luck with the sale!
PS: There are some nice images of R50/p's here - I believe that R51's looks identical?

Good catch Johan, I made a typo in the subject line, now corrected. Thanks!
You are correct, R51's look identical to R50/Ps.
