SXGA+ 1400x1050 14.1" LCD with no dead/stuck pixel
ATI Catalyst X1300 512MB VRAM
60GB HDD with recovery partition intact. Laptop factory defaulted for sale.
Cosmetic 9/10 Looks like new. Battery holds good charge more than 2 hours with computing.
Verifiable warranty through 2010-04-27.

Asking $440 including shipping and handling plus insurance.

I'd pay $600 to $650. for it. I had this exact model at one time. It's a great little Thinkpad.

New T400 is about $700 from LogicBuy.com.
I know this one is great but time passed and the newer ones are getting cheaper.

But, the price you offerer seems good. Hope you have a good buyer.
