I'd pay $600 to $650. for it. I had this exact model at one time. It's a great little Thinkpad.

New T400 is about $700 from LogicBuy.com.
I know this one is great but time passed and the newer ones are getting cheaper.

But, the price you offerer seems good. Hope you have a good buyer.
