Looking for a battery (in the green preferred but might be able to negotiate on something else from a reputable seller).

The model is a widescreen and has the following #: 7658-CTO

I haven't tried this myself but is it true that the batteries from the widescreen and the normal T61 won't swap out?

Wide screen 15.4" and "normal" T61 machines (4X3) use the same batteries. Wide 14" machines (like yours) use different ones. If you can figure out why and the reason isn't dumb, let me know,
