LF: T23 w/1.2GHz, SXGA & WiFi

I am looking to replace mine and seek a 2647 type with one of the following model#s: HNU, 5NU, 9NU, HSU, 5SU, 9NU. In addition I would consider these: 5MU, 9MU, 5RU & 9RU (knowing they are not WiFi equipped).

I have enough T23s to mix-n-match into a Frankenpad and make up a T23 with 1.20 CPU, SXGA and WiFi.
e.g. a 9KU (1.13/SXGA) and add a wifi lid and a 1.20CPU).
What else does it need, HD, RAM, optical drive, adapter?
