I am looking to buy a second machine, but I don't need it very urgently, so I am looking for the best price possible.

Here's what I want:
-As the subject says, it must be an X31/X32/X40/X41.
-Must have a good battery, 4 or 8 cell doesn't matter
-Must have WiFi that supports 802.11g
-At least fair cosmetic condition, preferably good/very good
-UltraBase would be nice, but not required. Don't need an AC adapter.
-Processor not important (they're all Pentium M; any is fine)
-HD size/speed not important (actually, if it's an X30/X31, I don't even need a hard drive)
-At least 256MB of RAM; 512MB preferred
-Most importantly: As close to $200 as possible including shipping, preferably less

If anyone has a machine that meets these criteria (or wants to lower their price on one that they're already selling :D ), please let me know by PM.

Thanks!
Brendan

Here is an eBay X31 option for you. I have experience with the seller, the machine I bought was in fine condition. He also accepted about 15% less than his asking price, I used the Make Offer button. I suspect you can grab this one for $195 delivered (or slightly less).

Thanks! I e-mailed the seller to ask about the WLAN; the listing says that it has "802.11x"; not sure what that's supposed to be.

You can ask him for the exact 7 character model number and seach Lenovo.com to see which type it originally had - if any. There is also a chance that it was upgraded if it was only "wireless ready" or a B adapter.

For that price, regarding the wirless, there is little risk if you calculate an additional $10 for an Intel 2200BG after selling the B adapter for $5.
