Edited: I found a battery today.

Looking for a T60 CD/DVD. I'll settle for one that's defective if that's what you have. It needs to be an original T60/T61 CD/DVD drive though with the grey eject button.

You might want to checkout the Lenovo Outlet. People getting the 'Scratch & Dent' batteries have been reporting receiving zero cycle batteries and the price is great.
