****SOLD to a fellow forum member****
This machine is in fine working condition. Hinges are sound and there are no cracks in the plastics. There's the typical wear and tear- i.e. the rubber paint is worn on the corners and the keyboard has some shine. The IBM and COA labels have been removed from the base and the Ultraport cover on the lid is missing. There are three small (Trackpoint size) hotspots. Very light and hard to photograph. Please take look at the pictures below. I've circled them in the picture of the LCD. The hotspot that's top center is representative of what the other two look like.

Corner (shows wear and antenna cover): http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=25psgw5&s=5
Ultraport: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2cf8txw&s=5
Keyboard: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2v14rh3&s=5
The base is from a 2662-MPU machine, but the keyboard bezel/palmrest is from an X23 and is labeled as such. Its been upgraded to onboard wireless with OEM antennas, but I will include the original modem if you want it.
For $65 shipped within the US, you get:
CPU: 1.13Ghz CPU
Memory: 128MB on-board
Wireless: Atheros chipped ABG wireless card (91P7301), Wireless lid with built in antennas
HDD: Cover and caddy included. No HDD, but see below
Battery: See below.
Available upgrades:
Add 512MB SODIMM: $20
Add Hitachi 60GB 7200RPM HDD: $30
Add Ultrabase: $15
Add CD/DVDRW for Ultrabase: $15
Add Battery: $15 (35.45Wh out of 43.20Wh and health is green).
Add 72Watt Thinkpad power supply: $10
Ideally, I would like to see everything sold as a whole lot as much as possible so I've tried to put the upgrades at an attractive price.
