FOUND from forum member!: 12" LCD panel for X40 or X41 non-tablet ThinkPad. I really need one in excellent condition, no hot/white spots or dark spots or scratches. A complete assembly is fine, too.

They go for about $100 on eBay - anything available for somewhat less?
