SATA Hitachi 320 GB @ 5400 RPM HDD, Model # HTS543232L9A300. This is a system pull from the Ultrabay of my recently sold T60p. No anomalies according to SpinRite. The drive will be securely erased before shipment and will be shipped blank. No OS or software of any kind is included on this drive.

Do you happen to know if this will give me the 2010 error on a T43?

You can't install a SATA drive as a main drive on a T43.

Any drive used in UltraBay with a proper adapter will NOT trigger the error on a T43.
