WTB: Working motherboard for T20-T21-T22

Have nice T21 machine 2647-4AU, but recently it start power down on its own. I suspect the the m/b went bad.
So I am looking for working planar M/b for T-series.

If somebody has one laying around or if you have whole Laptop with good m/b (and bad LCD) for parts please mail me your price
