Up for bid is a like new Lenovo S10E netbook. This unit has only been used for a few weeks. I've upgraded the RAM to 1.5GB, added a Bluetooth module and updated the BIOS to the latest version (for quiet fan operation). This is a great laptop, it has awesome Wifi signal strenth, lasts for hours on battery and the LCD is amazing. Includes original box, manuals, AC adapter and battery. I have a fresh install of Windows 7 beta on it (which works very well) but I can put XP back on if requested. Thanks!

Marketplace rule - You must mention if there is a COA or original media for an upgraded OS offered with this laptop, and you must mention the licensing/media for any additional software offered.
In this case, install the OS to match the COA on the bottom of the machine before offering it for sale here. Thank-you

Maybe it's just me but I think it's poor form to put "FS" (which means "For sale" that normally means you state the price up front) and it turns out to be an auction. Can you put "FA" or "Ebay" in the subject line? Thanks.

Excellent point!
Methinks that a seller should post a For Sale item exclusively in our Market forum first, and only then be allowed the FS: moniker.
If it does not sell here, then seller can move the item to e.g. eBay, but should also close the FS: post by changing the FS: to e.g. GONE: or SOLD: (even if it wasn't), so the mods can close the thread.
Items that are being sold on eBay have NO place in our Market forum, unless as a response to a WTB: post!

Folks, there are no rules banning EBay Ads here, so that conversation is over. Please , if you want to discuss the fine points of the Marketplace forum bring it up in the Forum Notices, Questions and Suggestions forum and lets not post here anymore. Thank-you.
