Thinkpad A31p MT: 2653-H6U
This was my personal machine that's been on my shelf as a backup to my T42p but the T42p is now a backup to my T60p and I just bought a T61p so I figured I'd offer this machine for sale.
First off the 15inch IPS Flexview UXGA display is flawless.
The keyboard shows very little wear as I replaced it whenever it got too shiny for my tastes.
It has an 80GB 7200rpm drive, an ultrabay floppy, an ultrabay Hard drive adapter, an ultrabay Combo drive, two Ultrabay batteries but I don't know how long they last for anymore.
The main battery only shows 48 cycles but it is in yellow. (I'm sure it's due to age)
The machine was recently restored with the factory recovery CD's.
I ran system update (when it was still working) so all the IBM drivers and utilities are as updated as possible. It has SP3 with all the Microsoft updates up to today.
It has Internal bluetooth, firewire, 802.11b wireless and I also installed on of those flush PCMCIA USB 2.0 cards that don't stick out and look like crap.
I upgraded the machine to a 2.4Ghz CPU (I ran it for years with no heat issues)
It has 1GB of ram, it had 2GB but I borrowed it for my x32 so now it only has one.
It has an IBM branded WinXP Pro COA on the bottom.
The bad: a few scratches on the lid (not deep, more like scuffs)
This machine will not disappoint.
Asking $350.00 and I'm pretty firm.
Will ship worldwide at actual cost.
Any questions just ask.
Thanks
Jim

Wow not even an offer? :(
This is a great machine and still very usable with pretty much all the features you could get.
I'll probably eBay it in the AM so if anyone is interested let me know.
Thanks
Jim

Great machine for slide show duty on HDTV. I have one connected via DVI port on the Replicator to HDMI input on the TV.
