WTB RAM for T-43 2687-D4U

Anyone got any RAM lying around for a T43? It has 512 and I need to at least get to 1gig on board.

Specifically you need PC2-4200 or PC2-5300. Either will work.

Also from what i'm reading the T43 cant handle the 2 gig dimm's.
1 gig dimm in each side,2 gig's total.
