FS: T42p 2373-KTU (parts/repair?)

I have a T42p that's refusing to boot anymore (power cable flickers for a brief second on insert, haven't tested on battery as I'm out of them at the moment). I'm guessing it's a fuse issue or something fixable as there's no board damage, but it could be something worse. I'd love it to have it working again, but I'm unsure where to even start- All I know is that there's some issue with the planar...
Specs:
Pentium M 755 2.0GHz (Fully tested working)
0MB RAM (removed)
0GB HDD (removed)
14.1" SXGA+ (1400x1050) TFT LCD (Fully tested working, 3-Antennas)
128MB ATI FireGL T2
NO optical drive
NO wireless lan
Bluetooth/Modem (CDC) (Fully tested working)
1000BT Ethernet
UltraNav
Secure Chip
NO battery
Windows XP Pro COA
There are some standard scratches on outer case, but otherwise, case is sturdy and LCD has been fully tested.
I realize this might be a longshot, but I'm asking 110$ shipping included CONUS UPS Insured (OBO) due to it's potential as a system, the the higher end CPU, and a clean, working SXGA+ LCD with no pixel defects.
Thanks,
