Just wondering if shipping is CONUS only or can you ship to the UK?

I've never shipped to the UK, so I don't know what's involved. Is there tracking and insurance available?

Thanks,
Ron

It's not a big deal, in fact I think I've shipped to CoffeeBeans before. Just ship as you normally would at the Post Office, and you have to fill out a customs form. You will want to charge the buyer for actual shipping though, because it will be substantially more than $14. You can determine actual costs online at usps.com, or at the P.O. Insurance works the same as it does for domestic mail. You will want to add the return receipt service so that a signature is required on the far end. Is it as secure as shipping to the USA? ...well no it isn't, but it's close. The UK is probably one of the safest destinations. Indonesia ... not so safe.

Another :thumbs-UP: for CoffeeBeans from me, Ron...take this guy's PayPal with no worries, he's good people... :)

It should be an easy transaction between an excellent seller and a trustworthy buyer, but you guys are grownups and can take it from here...

Best of luck to both.

I just shipped a notebook to Canada not too long ago. The person at the UPS store filled out all the paperwork, which was good because I wouldn't know where to start. It only took a couple minutes. If recall correctly it was $30. I don't know if the UK is significantly more.

The only way to ship to Europe is USPS...and your Canadian buyer will probably not thank you for shipping UPS...feel free to PM me for more details...anytime.

You can't just say? I mean it's just us girls. I was none too happy with the recipient. The fact they didn't thank me about it is just a bonus.

I don't buy and sell like ya'll. It was the first package I've shipped out of the US in quite some time. Good Luck with the sale.

Since it didn't sell, maybe I may criticize?
Your presentation on eBay sucks!
It's not anywhere near as readable as it should be, use e.g bullet-points rather than one long big sentence!
Mention the titanium lid, the roll cage if it has either or both.
Excellent condition is mentioned twice.
Consider starting at your reserve bid level and don't mention a reserve at all.
BIN is fine.

Reserve prices really discourage bidders. People feel like they are wasting their time. That and they feel like they won't get the deal they are after, even if they bid more on an item without a reserve because they are in a bidding war.

The only time that I'd list any machine on fleabay without the reserve was when it was a piece of junk I simply wanted out of my house...never a nice unit...

My $.02 only...

Yeah Ron, sometimes it's just timing. I'd have picked it up if the T43 I have been playing with had sold, but it hasn't yet. Would love to leap that far up the evolutionary scale. :)

I've seen it go both ways. I prefer a set price for more valuable items. You can always lower the price or re-list it. Once I was selling a hard drive on eBay and I though I'd get about $70 bucks for it. It went for $35, but luckily for me the original buyer didn't pay and I got to re-list it. At the second auction it went for $95. You never know with eBay.
