FS/FT T23 ram and NIC / 56k cards for T22 Ram and NIC card

I'm parting out my non-working T23 for parts to upgrade my T22's.
I have 2 pcs of 256mb ram FRU 19K4655 $15 each ( Samsung and Hynix )
1 - 56k modem FRU 08K4853 $5
1 - Ethernet card FRU 26P8181 $10

I need a mini pci ethernet card ( 10/100 EtherJet Mini PCI Adapter with 56K Modem FRU 19K5888 has worked ) that works on a T22.
I need 2 - 256mb ram chips for the T22's
I need a pcmcia wifi card that works on XP AND ubuntu also has to support WPA.
