I have two 40GB drives $12 each. (tested) $7.50 priority mail shipping within U.S. (International available)
If you buy both, no extra shipping for the second one.

Will this work in a Thinkpad 570 or T41? I'm in Berkeley/SF as well so can meet for a face to face and save on shipping.

both the 570 and T41 use PATA interfaces so this drive unfortunately won't work.
