For sale one ThinkPad UltraBay Enhanced CD-RW/DVD Combo Drive. It's the Hitachi-LG GCC-4244N PATA drive. It's a 12.7mm drive. It should fit the R61 and older R series notebooks, and the 15.4" Z series notebooks. It won't fit the newer R series as they've switched to SATA connectors. It reads and writes CDs at 24x while reading DVDs at 8x. I am asking $22 shipped for the drive. I only ship to the lower 48 and maybe Canada. I have to charge to ship to Canada to cover the increased cost. Let me know if you've got any questions. Thanks for looking.
