LF: T4x DVD Drive, 2x1Gb sticks of RAM, Intel P-M 2.0GHz CPU

Hi all - recently my CD-RW/DVD drive gave up and I had to retire it. So I need to get a cheap DVD-ROM drive or pay a little bit more to get a DVD-RW drive.
I am also looking to max out my memory and CPU. I currently have 1GB and 1.7GHz but want to take it to 2GB and 2.0GHz.

To be more specific, for a T41P you need an Ultrabay Slim DVD or CDRW/DVD Combo drive with a curved front bezel and 1X1GB stick of 200pin PC2700 laptop RAM.

Unless he now has 2X512MB sticks, and is looking to replace them instead of add another stick.

Sorry folks - completely missed all that.
Yes all this is for my T41p so the optical drive would have to be the ultra-slim kind. I currently have 2x512mb ddr333 and would like to get 2x1gb ddr330 or even ddr400 so that it can clock down.
