Hello:

Back in Dec. 2008 I bought a T40... noticed when I got it that the thumb buttons, were not setting in correctly, well now nothing is working as for as Thumb buttoms, touch screen, the three buttons on top of the touch screen..

So does anyone have one they want to sell??

The two buttons at the bottom of the touchpad are part of the palmrest. The three buttons at the top of the palmrest are part of the keyboard. Separate connectors, although the bus is the same. For all 5 of the buttons to go out is weird. Have you checked your mouse and touchpad settings? Does the touchpad work? Does the trackpoint work? Does an external mouse work?
