Rapid Restore CD for T42

I am looking for the "IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore" CD for a T42. I purchased the set from IBM and my first use resulted in an initialization error with the restore function. A member on the T42 group recommended that I post here asking if someone could burn a copy of theirs and and send it to me.

Anyone willing and able?

Just to clarify, you are only looking for the first CD of the recovery set, so only one disc needs to be burned/mailed. How about one of the Canadian members here helping out?
