SOLD: (2x) 256MB 144 pin PC-133 SODIMMs

#1 Post by erik » Tue Jun 02, 2009 2:00 pm

i just ran across two OEM infineon 256MB PC133 modules.   these are marked 256MB syncronous 133MHz CL3 32MX64 SODIMM with infineon part number HYS64V32220GDL-7.5-D.

here is a photo of the exact modules for sale: http://i42.tinypic.com/351blz4.jpg (updated)

i'd like to get $10 each SOLD! plus shipping.   these are a matched pair so i'd prefer to sell them as a set if possible.   continental US sales are preferred.   paypal or USPS MO are accepted.

please PM me to purchase.

thanks! :thumbs-UP:

Re: FS: (2x) 256MB 144 pin PC-133 SODIMMs - LOW DENSITY!

erik-- those look like 8-chip, high density modules from the picture. Have you confirmed they function as low density?

virge - i thought the low density modules had eight chips... my apologies for the confusion.   it's been years since i last dealt with PC133 modules.

thanks for pointing this out.

I'll take these if they're still available. Just PM with a "yes" or "no".

Thanks.

Low density PC-133 SODIMM modules do have 8 chips per side. High density modules have 4 chips per side.

Ummm your picture shows 4 chips on each side not 8, so they might not be low density
