Genuine brand new battery - 41U3198 - T61 / R61 w/screen

I purchased this item from Amazon, Japan on 22nd January. When I went to attach it to my Lenovo T60 Thinkpad, I discovered it was the wrong battery!!

I cannot return it to Amazon because I have opened the packaging / seal. However, this battery is (as expected) brand new, genuine original, unused and factory seal still visible on the box.
