SOLD - For Sale or Trade - Lenovo X200 Tablet
Posted: Sun Jun 07, 2009 4:02 pm
Selling for $1300, but would accept a X300/301 trade.
I have a well-kept Lenovo X200 tablet (model number 7450-8HU) that I would like to trade for a comparable Lenovo X300/301. The prices are extremely similar for both machines, so I think that this would be a nice deal for someone wanting to get in the tablet world. I'm graduating from the Univeristy of Washington in the coming weeks and don't think that I'll be using a tablet anymore.
Here's google search of the X200 tablet model in question:

[Specifications]
Lenovo X200 tablet. model: 7450-8HU
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo SL9400 1.86GHz, 6MB L2 cache, 1066MHz FSB, 64-bit compatible
RAM: 2GB PC3-8500 DDR3 Installed with one free slot
Screen: 12.1" WXGA LED backlit (This is the 285 nits version; brightest one out of the bunch with a frameless screen and PVA)
Mobile Intel GS45 Express Chipset
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD
Includes integrated 1.3MP Camera
Broadband upgradable
Bluetooth Installed
160GB Hard Drive at 7200rpm
Intel 5100 Wireless Card
Windows Vista Business 32bit
FingerPrint Reader
5-1 Media Reader
[Battery]
Battery is the 8-cell version. Lasts for 6-8 hours on medium brightness and low processor settings. The battery has 39 cycles.
[Screen Details]
There are no dead pixels and nothing is loose/creaky/cracking/noisy. The tablet is in great shape. I've never dropped or abused the tablet in any way. I have always turned off or put the tablet into S3 standby when moving it from point A to B.
I also had a Photodon AG (Anti-Glare) screen protector installed the very day I got it, so the screen has zero scratches. The protector is still installed. I managed to install the screen protector without any bubbles/dust particles stuck underneath so you can hardly tell that the protector is there. It is easily removable leaving no residue if you want to take it off.
[Accessories]
Standard 65W/20V AC Adapter Included
I also got an extra pen with extra tips in case you lose one.
There is also a CompactFlash adapter installed on the ExpressCard slot; this can be taken out it you decide not to use it with a push of the button. The compactflash adapter sits flush with the case so it doesn't bother anything.
[Drivers/Software]
I have kept the tablet up-to-date on drivers and have not have any issues with it so far. The tablet with 8-cell weighs exactly 4 lbs. The OS is original - Vista SP1, I did not update to SP2 because the ThinkVantage System Update currently isn't compatible with SP2. If you can live without TVSU, you can run the updater yourself with a push of a button.
[Use]
I bought the Tablet Late November 2008. Has minimal wearing on corners of lid. Zero scratches/dents.
