I posted this on the lenovo.com forum and it was recommended that I post here. I apologize in advance if I'm breaking some rules.
Anyways. I recently acquired this Lenovo laptop from someone on craigslist in a trade (yes people do some wild trades on craigslist). I was looking for a high-end laptop that would work for video editing. This laptop in particular will probably get the job done, but ultimately I think I might be better off with a machine specifically geared for that purpose. This machine is fantastic, but is clearly built for the business community and has all sorts of bells and whistles that will likely just be wasted by me. So... I stuck it on ebay. I checked the lenovo website for warranty information on the machine and it's under warranty until 2012. it comes with the docking base and has a blu-ray burner installed. I tested it out, everything seems to be in perfect working condition. The gentleman I acquired it from gave me a stack of restore cds and driver cds that he created and had the machine restored to factory settings before giving it to me. He gave me two chargers as well. I did not, however, receive any manuals or the packaging it came in.
You can check out my ebay posting here (with pics, specs and a lot more info): http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0342459868
It should list all of the specs included (let me know if I'm missing something major in the description). As I said in the lenovo forum... this machine is definitely fantastic. It can fit my needs, but it might fit another person's needs better. However, if I don't end up selling it and have to use it, I'm not going to be too disappointed.
Thanks for your time.
